Residents are being urged to keep a close eye, and take precautions after thieves made off with a spare tyre from a van on Southwood Drive, before targeting a catalytic convertor from a BMW on Knollmead, the very same day.
Ring doorbell footage taken on Southwood Drive identified an individual under the van at the time of the thefre.
